Coach Laura Crump Anderson is the founder of Hidden Heights Fitness, a life long equestrian, certified personal trainer with a degree in Kinesiology, an equestrian fitness expert, and an author of, Ultimate Exercise Routines for Riders. She is passionate about helping riders achieve peak physical performance in and out of the saddle using a holistic approach.
