Laura Crump Anderson is a life long equestrian, she has a lot of experience with starting young horse and has competed in dressage, hunter jumpers and eventing. Laura has a degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science. She is a certified personal trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine, and is a registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance.
In high school she sustained an over training injury from all the wear and tear that comes with riding and barn work. Through physical therapy she was able to get back in the tack. This sparked Laura’s passion for rider fitness. Since that day Laura has been determined to figure out what the ideal exercise program is for the rider and has experience working with everyone from top professionals to the weekend warrior.
