Join us January 11th!
For an immersive experience where we'll set goals, create vision boards, enjoy healthy cooking, practice yoga, receive a massage, and embrace a digital detox.
Spend the weekend with like-minded equestrians in a relaxed environment, where you can focus on your intentions for 2025.
Laura will be teaching yoga with an active practice in the morning and a yin practice (long slow holds that target the fascia and connective tissue) in the late afternoon . We will be cooking together and learning how to fuel our bodies for health and success.
Their will be an interactive goal-setting workshop. Discussing goals for the year and creating vision boards. Each participant will be taken away from the group for a 30-minute private massage with licensed massage therapist and equestrian miracle worker Brian Courtney.
Beautiful Farm setting, nestled into the Blue Ridge Mountains, of Lovettsville, Virginia.
